15th Year Installation Ceremony

Rotaract Club of National College held its 15th year Installation ceremony today on 31-07-2018 at A/C Seminar Hall. Dr. A. Puratchikody, Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Anna University, Chennai, BIT Campus, Trichirappalli - 24 was the chief guest. Dr. R. Sundararaman, Principal presided over the function.
Rotarian Shri. K. Raghunathan, Secretary, National College (Autonomous), Dr. K. Anbarasu, Director, Dr. A.T. Ravichandran, Vice Principal, Dr. P.S.S. Akilashri, Vice Principal, Rotarian BATA. G. Gopala Krishnan, Prisident, Rotary Club of Tiruchirappalli, Rotarian A. Arivarasan, Secretary, Rotary club of Tiruchirappalli, and Rotaractor. R. Lokesh Kumar, District Rotaract Representative felicitation the newly installed office bearers.
Office Bearers of 2018 -19 of Rotaract Club of National College is Rtr. B. Azees, President, Rtr. V. S. Raghavan, Vice President, Rtr. S. Sriram, Secretary, Rtr. Dev. U. Shah -  Joint Secretary, and Rtr. T. Rajesh Kannan – Treasurer.  Board of Directors are: Rrt. C. Sivasankar and Rtr. G. Kirthikha – Club Service, Rtr. S. Sunil Vikash and Rtr. S. Dhamodharan for Community Service, Rtr. M. Saravanakumarand  and Rtr. C. Arun kumar Promotional Services, Rtr. T. Gopi and Rtr. S. Manikandan for professional development, Rtr. S. Hariprasath for International Understanding and Rtr. S. Bharath as Sargent at arms and Rtr. R. V. Raji and Rtr. M. Sathiya as editors.
Rtr. S. Manikandan   read the Rotaract prayer, Past President Rtr. A. M. Muamed Ibrahim(2017-18) Welcomed the gathering, Rrt. K. Aishwarya, Secretary (2017-18) presented the last year report. Rtr. B. Azees, President (18-19) given an acceptance speech. Rtr. S. Sriram proposed vote of thanks. Rtr. Hamitha banu  and Rtr. Shalini were the masters of the ceremony.  An App for blood donors of National College was introduced as the inaugural project.
Dr. R. Thirugana Soundari and Prof. V. Sri Ramachandran, the staff coordinators of Rotaract club organized the event.

NCC ARMY WING BLOOD DONATION CAMP

BLOOD DONATION CAMP NCC Army wing of National College, Mahathma Gandhi Memorial Govt. Hospital Trichy jointly organize Blood donation camp on 21-08-2017 at National College Trichy. Lt. Dr. K. Ramar Company Commander of 2 (TN) NCC Army wing delivered the welcome address. Colonal Jubin V Mathew Sena Medal , Officer Commanding, 2 (TN) NCC, Trichy to delivered the inaugural address and inaugurate the Camp. He spoke on importance of Blood Donation. Principal Dr. R. Sundararaman, National College, Trichy to honour the chief guest and deliver the presidential address. Nearly 120 students including NCC Cadets donated their blood. NCC Army wing Senior under officer M.Chandru to propose vote of thanks.

INAUGURATION OF MATHEMATICS ASSOCIATION(UAP) The inauguration of Mathematics Association (Un-Aided Programme) held on August 2, 2018 at 11 a.m.Head of the department Prof. K. Srividhya, welcomed the gathering. V.Lincy viola jesus of II M.Sc., introduced the chief guest Capt.Dr.M.Tamilselvi , Associate Professor and Head , PG & Research Dept of Mathematics, Seethalakshmi Ramaswami college, Trichy.   Dr.R.Sundararaman , Principal, National college , honoured the chief guest and delivered the presidential address.          The chief guest Capt.Dr.M.Tamilselvi delivered a lecture on   “ Mother of all sciences – Mathematics” . In her lecture , she explained how mathematics play a vital role in various fields like Bio-Technology, Astronomy, Mechanics, chemistry, Physics.
